Tessell is growing quickly, and we need passionate and tenacious people to join us and work on diverse teams with a diverse range of experts.</span></p> <h3><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a dynamic graphic designer to join our team and work on a variety of creative campaigns, large and small. You should be a master of the craft, ready to take an idea and bring it to life in beautiful ways on projects such as global campaigns or the core communications of our various products.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a designer who loves design exploration but also recognizes the realities of day-to-day work. You will manage your projects in a timely manner, work with external and internal vendors, present your work to stakeholders, and explain your design thinking.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will work within the context of the Tessell brand, but you will be empowered to push boundaries, and explore ways to extend the brand and challenge the status quo. You will create your work with great attention to detail and craft.</span></p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, you will be embedded with and supporting the global Marketing Team.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with marketing partners to manage the team's design projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and on brief.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work on a wide range of projects including demand generation and product marketing assets, landing pages, infographics, guides/eBooks, social media campaigns, event spaces, sales tools, advertising, and other go-to-market assets that drive visibility for and interest in Tessell.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and oversee digital and print design projects from conception to delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work collaboratively across marketing with copywriters, demand gen, developers, and customer and product marketing to brainstorm ideas that engage Tessell customers and prospects to drive purchase intent.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive work with creative partners to develop concepts and designs that can be executed across digital channels including web, email, blog, social media, and digital paid media.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee design of weekly digital projects while ensuring assets support responsive design principles, and e-commerce best practices, and follow corporate standards related to visual style and branding guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work within the Brand and Creative team which is responsible for the creative and art direction of the company, driving a unified brand identity across diverse marketing assets.
