You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Mission Critical projects by maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards.  Location note: Commutable to Plano, TX This role is comparable to a project coordinator or project administrator with a mixture of everyday and financial reporting tasks. Basic knowledge of project accounting preferred.  You will:  <ul> <li>Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.</li> <li>Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.</li> <li>Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.</li> <li>Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.</li> <li>Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.</li> <li>Review project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.</li> <li>Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.</li> <li>Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and client contract terms.</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to gather project cost data.</li> <li>Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.</li> <li>Generate reports on project progress and analyze performance data to make recommendations.</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW243457903 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> </ul> You have:  <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>4+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li> <li>Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.</li> <li>Self-motivated and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. </li> </ul> Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
