Build a team culture centered on accountability, professionalism, and safety.</p> <p><strong>Division Development</strong></p> <p>Help shape the future of the division by strengthening processes, developing people, and improving operational performance. Create an environment where teams take ownership of their work and take pride in delivering exceptional results.</p> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p> <p>Ensure projects follow company operating standards, systems, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all work.</p> <p><strong>Safety Leadership</strong></p> <p>Promote and reinforce a culture where safety is a core value. Support field leaders in maintaining safe work practices, proper documentation, and compliance.</p> <p><strong>Financial Performance</strong></p> <p>Monitor job cost reporting and production metrics to ensure projects remain profitable and on track.
