This role ensures safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met while delivering strong customer satisfaction and driving overall project success.</p> <p><strong>This teammate will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on project estimation and contract assessment.</li> <li>Engage with clients to understand project scope and maintain customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Provide strong leadership and supervision to our craft employees and subcontractors.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.</li> <li>Take charge of the financial performance of the projects managed.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with vendor partners and customers.</li> <li>Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.</li> <li>Offer technical expertise and support, including change order management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competitive Pay:</strong> $90,000 -$120,000 BOE</p> <p><strong>Great Benefits</strong>, including:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Training &amp; Professional Development</li> <li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance with company contributions for employees and their families</li> <li>Short/Long-term Disability</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>401(k) with Matching</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant technical training/experience.</li> <li>Proven experience in project management, safety oversight, financial management, customer relations, contract management, and vendor partnerships.</li> <li>5+ years in project management role.
