<p><strong>Customer Service Representative</strong></p> <p>Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.</li> <li>Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant is preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital</strong></p> <p>Dogwood Trails is a brand-new state-of-the-art small animal hospital located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
