If you’re ready to make a positive impact every day while working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team!<br><strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Our Dispatchers enable our field technicians to do what they do best – take care of our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dispatchers serve as intermediaries between technicians and customers, often relaying messages from one to the other.&nbsp;This role is responsible for dispatching technicians to customers' homes, updating our customers on scheduling changes, and ensuring that urgent customer needs are handled efficiently.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our tight-knit team is more than just top-notch home services - at On-Time Experts, we provide every team member with the autonomy to do their job and build a lasting career. If you take pride in your work and build great relationships along the way, this is the place for you!<strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>$20.00 - $21.00/hour starting pay</li> <li>Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance</li> <li>40 hours of Paid Time Off&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Monday-Friday and rotating weekends, possible early evenings also.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Dispatch technicians to urgent customer needs</li> <li>Work alongside&nbsp;managers to coordinate jobs across multiple technicians</li> <li>Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed</li> <li>Answer and schedule incoming service calls</li> <li>Ensure timecards are completed correctly throughout each day</li> <li>Complete/schedule return service calls as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous dispatching experience desired, service dispatching experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various personality types</li> <li>Friendly and welcoming phone presence</li> <li>Prefeed Trade experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Service Titian a Plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Able to reliably commute to our office</li> <li>Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong>: 2914 National Ct, Garland, TX 75041</p> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p>
