About the Role

Our Marketing team plays a direct role in that growth.</p> <p>We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, lifecycle marketing, and content for Chowbus's&nbsp;POS, software, financial services, and AI products. You'll translate product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging&nbsp;that restaurant owners understand, guide customers through their lifecycle, and create content that supports Sales&nbsp;and retention.</p> <div class="flex max-w-full flex-col gap-4 grow"> <div class="min-h-8 text-message relative flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 text-start break-words whitespace-normal outline-none keyboard-focused:focus-ring [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-1" data-message-author-role="assistant" data-message-id="cf68df12-19f3-49c4-8006-7ebe838e774a" data-message-model-slug="gpt-5-6" data-turn-start-message="true"> <div class="flex w-full flex-col gap-1 empty:hidden"> <div class="markdown prose dark:prose-invert wrap-break-word w-full light markdown-new-styling"> <p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="0" data-end="61" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">This is a<strong> </strong>remote role.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <h2><strong>What You'll Focus On</strong></h2> <p><strong>Product Marketing &amp; Positioning </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own positioning and messaging for Chowbus's POS, software, financial services, and AI product lines, tailored to Asian cuisine restaurant owners and operators.</li> <li>Lead go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new products and features, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop deep expertise in restaurant operator needs, using customer and market research to shape product and GTM strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor the competitive landscape (Toast, Square, Clover, Menusifu) and translate insights into positioning and sales battlecards.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lifecycle Marketing </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide customers from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell and retention opportunities and turn them into targeted campaigns.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and manage lifecycle email/CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) segmented by product, tenure, and usage.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track adoption and retention metrics, and continuously test messaging to improve feature adoption and reduce churn.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Content Marketing &amp; Sales Enablement </strong></p> <ul> <li>Create content marketing assets, including case studies, blog posts, one-pagers, and product guides that simplify technical features for busy restaurant operators.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build sales enablement materials: pitch decks, battlecards, and talk tracks that help Sales explain Chowbus's value clearly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to keep content and messaging consistent across channels.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support product launches with training, FAQs, and internal enablement for Sales and Customer Success.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS,&nbsp;fintech, or payments.</li> <li>Experience leading or supporting product launches and go-to-market plans.</li> <li>Experience writing clear, benefit-driven copy for a non-technical audience.</li> <li>Experience with lifecycle/CRM marketing tools such as HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable.</li> <li>Experience partnering with Product, Sales, or Customer Success teams.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> <li>Professional or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
