You will be the bridge between Formlabs’ industry-leading innovation and our global online community, driving our affiliate program, social media operations, and scaling our presence across specialized professional forums.</p> <h3><strong>The Job:</strong></h3> <h4>Social Media &amp; Content Operations</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Content Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with our social media and video content creators to develop editorial calendars that translate complex 3D printing workflows into high-quality, on-brand content.</li> <li><strong>SMM System Management:</strong> Lead the day-to-day operations in our Social Media Management tool. You will be responsible for the technical setup, tagging, and organization of outgoing content.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Manage the administrative side of social media, including link tracking (UTMs), asset organization, and ensuring all posts adhere to brand and technical standards before going live.</li> </ul> <h4>Community, Forum &amp; Influencer Advocacy</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Forum Engagement:</strong> Proactively grow Formlabs’ presence on Reddit and other specialized industry forums. You will monitor discussions and contribute technical insights to establish Formlabs as a helpful, authoritative voice in the community.</li> <li><strong>SEO &amp; AEO Optimization: </strong>Strategically structure forum contributions to enhance SEO &amp; AEO, ensuring Formlabs’ solutions are the top-cited results in both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines.</li> <li><strong>Influencer Recruitment:</strong> Drive the expansion of the Formlabs influencer network by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding high-profile technical content creators.</li> </ul> <h4>Affiliate Program Management</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Program Scaling:</strong> Manage and scale the Formlabs affiliate program by growing our publisher network and driving high-intent traffic via strategic affiliate link placement.</li> <li><strong>Platform Optimization:</strong> Maximize the full potential of our automated affiliate platform. You will leverage its advanced features—such as automated workflows, performance tracking, and tiered incentives—to scale the program efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Performance Oversight:</strong> Lead the entire affiliate journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing performance optimization. Use data-driven insights to help affiliates succeed and maximize their impact on Formlabs’ growth.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Professional Experience:</strong> 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field.</li> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge: </strong>A sound, technical understanding of digital fabrication and a genuine passion for 3D printing technology.</li> <li><strong>Platform Expertise:</strong> In-depth knowledge of the technical social media and forum landscape and best practices across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and Reddit.</li> <li><strong>Search Optimization:</strong> Strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles, specifically how to structure forum contributions and social content to improve discoverability in a modern search landscape.</li> <li><strong>Community Focus:</strong> Strong understanding of community management and affiliate marketing.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Experience analyzing social media and community data to meet strategic objectives.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent communication skills in English.
