This individual will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project</li>
<li>Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting</li>
<li>Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li>

<p><strong> Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub-contractor, or property management firm preferred</li>
<li>Construction Management Degree preferred </li>
<li>Candidates will need to have a high attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is very deadline focused</li>
<li>Mechanically minded or inclined</li>
<li>Working closely with Project Managers</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills</li>
