<p><strong>THINGS YOU WILL DO</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PMO based in <strong>Kraków </strong>area, willing for hybrid work <strong>twice a week from the office</strong>. Main task is to support financial management activities within large-scale, global transformation programmes, focusing on cost control, financial reporting, resource allocation ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Support programme financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li>
<li>Manage recourses tracking, including identification, validation, and reporting of financial metrics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project teams, finance departments, and senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and accountability.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain financial dashboards and executive-level reports.</li>
<li>Participate in programme governance forums, including Steering Committees, providing financial insights and updates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul class="_259c821d _7df525b6">
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO or financial analyst role within a project or programme environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience supporting international transformation programmes.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project and financial management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Excel, SAP).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively to diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Banking/Financial experience is nice to have</li>
<li>You are open to work in hybrid setting two office days per week</li>
<li>Fluent in English.</li>
</ul>

<li>PMP or MSP training or certification</li>
