This high-visibility role owns supplier readiness and product quality from the initial design stage through APQP, PPAP, and the start of mass production. You will apply deep technical expertise across interior components, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product validation while partnering with internal teams and global suppliers. Success in this role means ensuring manufacturability is built into the design, supplier risks are identified and resolved early, and production processes consistently meet Lucid’s quality expectations. The role requires strong technical judgment, program leadership, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.
