We are seeking two Bilingual Staffing Coordinators to support our overnight operations by assisting with temporary workforce coordination, employee support, and staffing operations at our Cary and Durham facilities. This position works closely with temporary employees, staffing agencies, and internal teams to help ensure smooth daily staffing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary position supporting overnight operations with strong potential for full-time employment beginning in 2027 based on performance and business needs. <hr data-start="1448" data-end="1451"> <h3 data-section-id="1gyyjxf" data-start="1453" data-end="1463">Schedule</h3> • Night Shift: Monday – Friday • 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM • Fully onsite role • Must be flexible with hours and available to work overtime as needed to meet business needs • Must be available to train on day shift for a minimum of 3 weeks <hr data-start="1726" data-end="1729"> <h3 data-section-id="ls18e3" data-start="1731" data-end="1753">Key Responsibilities</h3> • Serve as the primary liaison between Millennium Print Group and staffing agencies • Act as the first point of contact for temporary employees • Answer questions related to pay, attendance, transportation, and workplace support • Maintain and review temporary employee timesheets and reconcile with agency invoices • Assist with temporary employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination • Monitor attendance, including no-call/no-shows and shift coverage needs • Maintain accurate staffing and headcount data in internal systems • Document staffing requests, issues, and resolutions • Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and escalating complex matters to HR when necessary • Coordinate transportation support for temporary workers when needed • Assist with temporary-to-full-time employee conversion processes when applicable • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards <hr data-start="2731" data-end="2734"> <h3 data-section-id="9obp6s" data-start="2736" data-end="2752">Qualifications</h3> • Bilingual required (English and Spanish) • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 1–2 years of experience in staffing coordination, HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information • Basic math and computer skills required <hr data-start="3399" data-end="3402"> <h3 data-section-id="17gubpv" data-start="3404" data-end="3429">Additional Requirements</h3> • Reliable transportation to and from work is required • Ability to work onsite at either the Cary or Durham facility • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally • Some work may take place in a manufacturing environment where PPE may be required <hr data-start="3776" data-end="3779"> <h3 data-section-id="5o7yt1" data-start="3781" data-end="3819">Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity</h3> • Gain experience supporting staffing operations in a large manufacturing environment • Work closely with HR, staffing agencies, and operations teams • Build experience in HR coordination, workforce operations, and employee relations • Strong potential for future full-time employment based on performance and business needs #MillAll <h3 data-section-id="1qoqljk" data-start="245" data-end="305"> </h3><div class="content-conclusion"><h3>What to Expect</h3> MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package which includes the following: <ul> <li>A highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan</li> <li>100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents</li> <li>401(k) Plan with up to a 6% (dollar for dollar) Employer match</li> <li>Health Savings/Flexible Spending Account options</li> <li>Paid time off, including 10 company-paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday </li> <li>Employee Assistance Program</li> <li>Comprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidates</li> <li>And, much more!</li> </ul> Millennium Print Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer   The duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.
