<p data-start="738" data-end="1090"><strong>Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, </strong>is the world’s largest manufacturer of trading cards. We are seeking <strong data-start="886" data-end="925">two Bilingual Staffing Coordinators</strong> to support our overnight operations by assisting with temporary workforce coordination, employee support, and staffing operations at our Cary and Durham facilities.</p>
<p data-start="1092" data-end="1274">This position works closely with temporary employees, staffing agencies, and internal teams to help ensure smooth daily staffing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>
<p data-start="1276" data-end="1446"><em>This is a temporary position supporting overnight operations with strong potential for full-time employment beginning in 2027 based on performance and business needs.</em></p>

<p data-start="1465" data-end="1724">• <strong data-start="1467" data-end="1483">Night Shift:</strong> Monday – Friday<br data-start="1499" data-end="1502">• <strong data-start="1504" data-end="1525">5:30 PM – 2:30 AM</strong><br data-start="1525" data-end="1528">• <strong data-start="1530" data-end="1551">Fully onsite role</strong><br data-start="1551" data-end="1554">• Must be <strong data-start="1564" data-end="1651">flexible with hours and available to work overtime as needed to meet business needs</strong><br data-start="1651" data-end="1654">• Must be <strong data-start="1664" data-end="1724">available to train on day shift for a minimum of 3 weeks</strong></p>

<h3 data-section-id="ls18e3" data-start="1731" data-end="1753">Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p data-start="1755" data-end="2729">• Serve as the primary liaison between Millennium Print Group and staffing agencies<br data-start="1838" data-end="1841">• Act as the <strong data-start="1854" data-end="1904">first point of contact for temporary employees</strong><br data-start="1904" data-end="1907">• Answer questions related to <strong data-start="1937" data-end="1995">pay, attendance, transportation, and workplace support</strong><br data-start="1995" data-end="1998">• Maintain and review <strong data-start="2020" data-end="2053">temporary employee timesheets</strong> and reconcile with agency invoices<br data-start="2088" data-end="2091">• Assist with <strong data-start="2105" data-end="2178">temporary employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination</strong><br data-start="2178" data-end="2181">• Monitor attendance, including <strong data-start="2213" data-end="2258">no-call/no-shows and shift coverage needs</strong><br data-start="2258" data-end="2261">• Maintain accurate staffing and headcount data in internal systems<br data-start="2328" data-end="2331">• Document staffing requests, issues, and resolutions<br data-start="2384" data-end="2387">• Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and escalating complex matters to HR when necessary<br data-start="2494" data-end="2497">• Coordinate transportation support for temporary workers when needed<br data-start="2566" data-end="2569">• Assist with <strong data-start="2583" data-end="2655">temporary-to-full-time employee conversion processes when applicable</strong><br data-start="2655" data-end="2658">• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards</p>

<h3 data-section-id="9obp6s" data-start="2736" data-end="2752">Qualifications</h3>
<p data-start="2754" data-end="3397">• <strong data-start="2756" data-end="2800">Bilingual required (English and Spanish)</strong><br data-start="2800" data-end="2803">• High school diploma or equivalent required<br data-start="2847" data-end="2850">• Associate degree in <strong data-start="2872" data-end="2934">Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</strong> preferred<br data-start="2944" data-end="2947">• <strong data-start="2949" data-end="2976">1–2 years of experience</strong> in staffing coordination, HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles preferred<br data-start="3073" data-end="3076">• Strong customer service and communication skills<br data-start="3126" data-end="3129">• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<br data-start="3183" data-end="3186">• Ability to work in a <strong data-start="3209" data-end="3264">fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities</strong><br data-start="3264" data-end="3267">• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information<br data-start="3353" data-end="3356">• Basic math and computer skills required</p>

<p data-start="3431" data-end="3774">• <strong data-start="3433" data-end="3489">Reliable transportation to and from work is required</strong><br data-start="3489" data-end="3492">• Ability to work <strong data-start="3510" data-end="3520">onsite</strong> at either the Cary or Durham facility<br data-start="3558" data-end="3561">• Ability to <strong data-start="3574" data-end="3635">sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts</strong><br data-start="3635" data-end="3638">• Ability to <strong data-start="3651" data-end="3688">lift up to 25 pounds occasionally</strong><br data-start="3688" data-end="3691">• Some work may take place in a manufacturing environment where PPE may be required</p>
