<p data-start="2586" data-end="2939"><strong data-start="2586" data-end="2650">Join Millennium Print Group as an HR Business Partner!</strong><br data-start="2650" data-end="2653">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="2683" data-end="2719">Human Resources Business Partner</strong> to support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with leaders and associates to drive employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and workforce effectiveness.</p>
<p data-start="2941" data-end="3003">This position also provides night shift HR coverage as needed.</p>
<p data-start="3005" data-end="3104"><strong data-start="3005" data-end="3026">Primary Schedule for both roles:</strong></p>
<p data-start="3005" data-end="3104">Night Shift on a 2-2-3-2 schedule from 7pm-7am</p>
<p data-start="3106" data-end="3207"><strong data-start="3106" data-end="3119">Location:</strong> Durham, NC<br data-start="3133" data-end="3136"><strong data-start="3136" data-end="3153">Compensation:</strong> Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package</p>

<p data-start="3236" data-end="3297">Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and supervisors</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3300" data-end="3369">Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3372" data-end="3451">Support talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3454" data-end="3520">Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws</p>
</li>

<p data-start="3523" data-end="3582">Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations</p>

<p data-start="3762" data-end="3843">Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3844" data-end="3886">
<p data-start="3846" data-end="3886">3–5 years of progressive HR experience</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3887" data-end="3946">
<p data-start="3889" data-end="3946">Experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role</p>
</li>
<li data-start="3947" data-end="4003">
<p data-start="3949" data-end="4003">Knowledge of employment law and compliance practices</p>
</li>
<li data-start="4004" data-end="4062">
<p data-start="4006" data-end="4062">Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills</p>
</li>
<li data-start="4063" data-end="4131">
<p data-start="4065" data-end="4131">Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred</p>
</li>
<li data-start="4132" data-end="4193">
<p data-start="4134" data-end="4193">HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred</p>
</li>
<li data-start="4194" data-end="4230">
<p data-start="4196" data-end="4230">Bilingual Spanish/English a plus</p>
