Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks,&nbsp;and metrics. Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing&nbsp;alignment with programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities&nbsp;and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes. Maintain and&nbsp;update training materials in response to product updates and changes. Develop advanced&nbsp;instructor-led training materials. Recommend improvements to Workato's education services. Stay up to date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training&nbsp;experience. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led&nbsp;events, targeting different customer personas and skill levels. Adapt training delivery methods to&nbsp;accommodate various personas. Assess student practical exercises. Track and analyze key&nbsp;performance indicators (KPIs) such as surveys, Instructor Utilization, registration to&nbsp;participation, passed exams, and testimonials. Full-time telecommuting permitted from&nbsp;anywhere in the U.S. Travel throughout the U.S. every few months for 1-5 days at a time.</p> <h2><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></h2> <p>Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant or related<br>occupation.</p> <h2>Special Skill Requirements:</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Experience communicating with Technical and Business stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to&nbsp;optimize and automate these processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large&nbsp;enterprises.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday,&nbsp;ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and Databases.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Salary: $133,266.00-175,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.</p> <p>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-DNI</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-DNP</span></p>
