The Associate, Axios Live role supports the day-to-day logistics for the events execution team for our rapidly expanding events business.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Why it matters:</strong> Associates manage event materials, client-facing documents, and multiple front-of-house and back-of-house tasks on-site at events and in a virtual environment. They collaborate across the events team to research and build highly curated guest lists, track event analytics, support the creative team with creation and design of event elements (including signage creation, deck creation, etc), draft and send event attendee communications,&nbsp; and perform relevant administrative tasks&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Go deeper</strong>: This role has operational responsibilities and will often work on multiple, concurrent in-person events while moving at a fast pace. Key responsibilities include:</span></p> <h4 style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Event Support &amp; Execution</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events—including setup, breakdown, and onsite guest check-in support.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and maintain detailed event documentation such as seating charts, packing lists, and event deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the team in real-time problem-solving and coordination during live events.</span></li> </ul> <h4 style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Guest List &amp; Research</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help manage RSVPs, guest confirmations, and check-in tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with editorial and marketing teams to ensure strategic guest outreach and an excellent pre and post-event audience experience.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h4 style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Project &amp; Task Coordination</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help coordinate deliverables across internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, designers, and content teams&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage multiple competing priorities, providing timely updates and flagging any risks to deadlines or details.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Administrative &amp; Logistical Support</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Book photographers, travel, and accommodations; submit invoices and process expense reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain updated records of contracts, agreements, and documentation for vendors</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organize and ship event materials (signage, swag, collateral) as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;
