<h2><strong>Position Objective</strong></h2>
<p>The <strong>Associate Construction Project Manager – Power Foundations</strong>, under direct supervision, provides project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. This role develops an understanding of business operations, project execution, and stakeholder coordination while supporting field-based construction projects.</p>
<p>Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines and supporting internal and external customer needs.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Promote and maintain a strong <strong>safety culture</strong>, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations</li>
<li>Assist Project Manager(s) in managing projects under direct supervision</li>
<li>Support development and tracking of <strong>project performance metrics</strong>, budgets, and cost controls</li>
<li>Assist with <strong>cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, and reporting</strong></li>
<li>Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and customers</li>
<li>Support <strong>material procurement, submittals, and equipment tracking</strong></li>
<li>Assist with <strong>subcontractor management and contract compliance</strong></li>
<li>Maintain project documentation including <strong>cost reporting, billing, scheduling, and budgeting records</strong></li>
<li>Assist with <strong>federal/state agency correspondence and reporting</strong></li>
<li>Maintain project schedules under supervision</li>
<li>Participate in construction-related meetings to support project coordination</li>
<li>Assist in <strong>proposal preparation, estimating, and quantity take-offs</strong></li>
<li>Provide onsite administrative and project support for active construction projects</li>
<li>Assist with <strong>change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout</strong></li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

<h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management</strong>, or related field<br><em>(or equivalent combination of education and experience)</em></li>
<li><strong>0–3 years of related experience</strong> (construction or infrastructure preferred)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Ability to travel and commit to <strong>long-term onsite assignments</strong>, including field support</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (experience with cost tracking or estimating software is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow</li>
