<p data-start="735" data-end="1071"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are currently seeking a <strong>Contract Recruiter</strong> to support hiring across our APAC region, with a primary focus on Singapore and the Philippines. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys balancing full-cycle recruiting with recruiting operations and coordination support in a fast-paced environment.</span></p>
<p data-start="1073" data-end="1429"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a contract opportunity intended to provide immediate recruiting support during a period of team growth and transition. The role will partner closely with Kepler’s global Talent Acquisition team and regional hiring leaders to help drive hiring efforts, maintain recruiting momentum, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the APAC region.</span></p>
<h2 data-section-id="1wajri6" data-start="1431" data-end="1448"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="o8v9lm" data-start="1450" data-end="1608"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of mid-level and specialized roles across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Singapore and the Philippines</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="18ydig" data-start="1609" data-end="1719"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1vtfrqh" data-start="1720" data-end="1849"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process while ensuring a positive candidate experience</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="yvhls3" data-start="1850" data-end="1969"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own sourcing efforts and build candidate pipelines across digital marketing, media, analytics, and business functions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="p8lvhh" data-start="1970" data-end="2126"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide scheduling and interview coordination support as needed, partnering closely with candidates, interviewers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="c0219j" data-start="2127" data-end="2232"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity within Greenhouse and other recruiting systems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="33pqfs" data-start="2233" data-end="2319"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate pipeline updates and hiring progress to stakeholders across the business</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="2hreq9" data-start="2320" data-end="2437"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, process improvements, and other ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="hafaqh" data-start="2438" data-end="2552"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help maintain an efficient, organized, and high-touch recruiting process during a period of active hiring growth</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="djn0kj" data-start="2581" data-end="2667"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3–5+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or within an agency environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1aobre9" data-start="2668" data-end="2749"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting across mid-level professional roles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1jyq5ny" data-start="2750" data-end="2849"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable balancing recruiting ownership with administrative and operational recruiting support</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="t728t6" data-start="2850" data-end="2920"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="16hs3a4" data-start="2921" data-end="3024"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="cz8pyp" data-start="3025" data-end="3081"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="srvtoe" data-start="3082" data-end="3153"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative approach to work</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="15tgyih" data-start="3154" data-end="3206"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience using ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="fkjl9f" data-start="3207" data-end="3283"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience supporting hiring across APAC markets is highly preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="18oirmc" data-start="3284" data-end="3385"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience within digital marketing, media, analytics, technology, or agency environments is a plus</span></li>
