You will serve as the primary finance partner to your program management teams – owning the EAC process, driving cost and schedule performance, and ensuring financial rigor from program inception through execution and closeout. You will lead and develop a team of program finance analysts and play a key role in building the processes and systems that underpin True Anomaly's program controls function.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the lead finance partner for a defined portfolio of IRAD and government-funded programs, owning all aspects of program financial performance from planning through execution</li> <li>Lead the quarterly EAC process for your program portfolio in accordance with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, ensuring accuracy, realism, and consistency</li> <li>Prepare and deliver cost and schedule reporting (CPR, ADRLs, CDRLs) for external customers; interface directly with customers and government representatives as needed</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with PMO, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, and Operations to plan, execute, and deliver against program objectives</li> <li>Lead and develop a team of program finance analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development</li> <li>Manage the program risk and opportunity register in partnership with PMO, ensuring risks are identified, quantified, and reflected in financial forecasts</li> <li>Support the development of program financial forecasts for executive leadership, and the Board of Directors</li> <li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of program finance policies, processes, and tools across the function</li> <li>Support compliance and partner with our Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and PMO to ensure readiness for customer and government surveillance audits (DCMA, GAO)</li> <li>Manage financial oversight of IRAD programs within your portfolio, including budget tracking, cost analysis, reporting, and ensuring alignment between internal investment spend and forward business development objectives</li> <li>Support pricing and proposal efforts for new business and contract modifications within your program portfolio</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>6-12 years of finance experience in aerospace or defense with demonstrated ownership of complex programs and people leadership experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field</li> <li>Strong understanding of GAAP (especially ASC 606 revenue recognition), FAR/DFARS, and cost accounting fundamentals</li> <li>Hands-on experience with EAC methodology and EVMS on government programs</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Query and Power Pivot</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly across program teams, functional leadership, and external customers</li> <li>Experience leading or mentoring analysts preferred; team-building experience a plus for Senior Manager candidates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $135,000 – $205,000</li> <li><strong>Equity + Benefits</strong> including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO, and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Work Location</strong> – We observe an in-person work environment, and expect 4 days per week in office at the Company's Denver, CO headquarters or at our facility in Long Beach, California</li> <li><strong>Security Clearance</strong> – Current Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred</li> </ul> <p>This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
