You will contribute to organization by coordinating interviews, and interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and executive management.</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to attract candidates using various sources such as social media and employee referrals.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously for a demanding client base.</li> <li>Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.</li> <li>Create relationships with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs to provide the best candidate placement.</li> <li>Hands on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks.</li> <li>Develop and update all job descriptions as needed.</li> <li>Manage job postings across various platforms via the Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse</li> <li>Manage the full life-cycle recruitment including searching, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to the hiring managers.</li> <li>Manage the interview process including scheduling, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience.</li> <li>Promote company’s reputation to prospective candidates.</li> <li>Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience in recruiting.</li> <li>Dependable.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse being a plus.</li> <li>Experience within the AEC industry is also a plus.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in a related field. <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Onsite</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$95,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.</em></p></div>
