This is a hands-on, operations-centered position responsible for ensuring platform stability, addressing incidents, and promoting automation across core Microsoft services including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related security and compliance features.<br><br>The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, deep identity expertise, and experience working within structured IT service management environments. You are comfortable balancing reactive operational support with proactive platform improvement. This is your opportunity to join a world-class team and make a significant impact!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Microsoft 365 &amp; Identity Operations</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Manage daily administration and operational support for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Triage and resolve incidents and service requests across identity, messaging, collaboration, and access platforms.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term remediation to reduce recurring issues and technical debt.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Manage identity lifecycle processes, RBAC, privileged role governance, Conditional Access, MFA, and authentication policies.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Troubleshoot authentication and access issues using Entra ID audit and sign-in logs.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, mailbox management, permissions, and email security configurations such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and anti-spam/phishing controls.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Operate within an enterprise ITSM framework (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira Service Management), managing tickets in alignment with SLAs and operational benchmarks.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Develop dashboards and reporting to track ticket trends, SLA adherence, and overall platform health.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain runbooks and knowledge documentation while driving continuous service improvement and automation.</span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><br>Automation, Integrations &amp; Microsoft Graph</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Develop and sustain PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365 and identity management.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Register and manage Entra ID applications, including service principals, API permissions, and consent models.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Implement secure Microsoft Graph integrations using delegated and application permissions, ensuring least-privilege access and accurate certificate and secret management procedures.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating Microsoft 365 and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Solid operational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience supporting enterprise IT service operations using ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk), with understanding of SLAs, incident management, and reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Direct involvement in handling Entra ID application registrations and Microsoft Graph integrations, including delegated as opposed to application permission models.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Proficient in PowerShell scripting for managing Microsoft 365 environments.<br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working with Microsoft Intune and its integration with Conditional Access.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working with Microsoft 365 migration solutions like ShareGate, AvePoint, or Quest.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security controls.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience supporting large-scale or global enterprise environments.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools (DLP, eDiscovery).</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience supporting tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including post-migration validation, permissions remediation, integration reconfiguration, and broader Microsoft platform modernization efforts.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.<br><br>Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.&nbsp;<br><br>In addition, this role<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>is eligible<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.&nbsp;This role also may be eligible for a bonus package.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Click&nbsp;<a href="https://careers.playstation.com/benefits" target="_blank"><strong>here</strong></a><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>to learn more.</p></div><div class="title">The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.</div><div class="pay-range"><span>€50.700</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>€76.100 EUR</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="p1">Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.</p> <p class="p1">Please refer to our&nbsp;<a href="https://www.playstation.com/legal/careers-privacy-notice/" target="_blank">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>&nbsp;for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights.</p> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong></p> <p><em>Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
