About the Role

Role Overview This is a Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Exempt (hourly) position, with an anticipated assignment duration through December 2026, subject to extension or conversion to Permanent employment based on business needs and performance. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, ABM and Field Marketing. Transcend is looking for an organized and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level individual contributor role for someone who is passionate about creating memorable event experiences and is ready to build their event coordination skills in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will support the planning and execution of Transcend's event calendar, including trade shows, field events, and webinars. This role sits within the Marketing team and plays a key part in how Transcend shows up in market, connects with prospects, and engages customers and partners. You will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Coordinate end-to-end logistics for physical events including trade shows, conferences, field events, and executive roundtables, covering venue sourcing, vendor management, booth setup, staffing coordination, and on-site execution</li> <li>Manage the production and execution of webinars and virtual events, from platform setup and speaker coordination to attendee communications and post-event follow-up</li> <li>Maintain an organized event calendar, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple simultaneous events</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align event execution with campaign goals, ICP targeting, and pipeline objectives</li> <li>Coordinate event promotional activities including pre-event outreach, registration management, and attendee engagement workflows</li> <li>Track and manage event budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and process invoices to ensure spend stays within allocated budget</li> <li>Capture and report on event performance metrics including registration rates, attendance, pipeline influenced, and leads generated</li> <li>Source and manage event materials including branded swag, booth collateral, signage, and digital assets</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing coordination, or a related role</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through</li> <li>Experience supporting or coordinating both in-person and virtual/webinar events</li> <li>Proficiency with event management or marketing tools such as Eventbrite, Splash, Zoom Webinars, ON24, HubSpot, or similar platforms</li> <li>Excellent organizational and written communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude</li> <li>Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines without close supervision</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience working at a B2B SaaS or technology company</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking and campaign attribution</li> <li>Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships</li> <li>Exposure to data privacy, compliance, or enterprise software industries is a plus</li> </ul> Competencies: The following behaviors define how this role is expected to operate and will be used to measure performance: <ul> <li>Learning and Growth: Actively seeks out new knowledge, skills, and feedback to improve performance.
