<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Transcend is seeking a <strong>Director of FP&A</strong> to build and scale the financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities of the company. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will guide long range planning and act as a partner to leaders across the organization by enabling data-driven decision-making. You will also work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.</span></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the preparation of financial and KPI reporting to ensure accountability against goals and business objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver business insights to the executive team and cross functional partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Implement scalable, repeatable processes that bring accuracy and accountability to financial planning cycles.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage projects to improve systems and tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Required:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of FP&A experience, including building FP&A functions and technology stacks from the ground up.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Pigment.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated success in leading planning cycles.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear insights for business partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience translating between GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.</span></li>
