<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>The Director of Sales Walmart Inc is responsible for driving profitable growth at Walmart and Sam’s Club for Nature’s Bakery. <strong>This individual contributor </strong>owns customer strategy, senior buyer relationships, and commercial execution to deliver revenue, share, and earnings objectives.</p> <p>This position is based in the Bentonville, Arkansas area.</p> <p>This role serves as the primary commercial leader for Walmart Inc and translates brand and enterprise strategies into effective customer growth plans.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver annual and long-term targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and Distribution</li> <li>Develop and execute customer growth strategies aligned to brand and enterprise priorities</li> <li>Own customer relationship and lead Joint Business Planning</li> <li>Drive performance across key commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandising</li> <li>Use insights and data to optimize plans and accelerate growth</li> <li>If applicable,<strong> </strong>Lead broker partners to ensure aligned priorities and execution standards</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver integrated customer plans</li> <li>Represent customer needs in internal planning, forecasting, and performance discussions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of progressive experience across sales, revenue growth, or customer strategy roles, preferably within CPG</li> <li>Demonstrated success managing large national retail accounts including Walmart</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute customer growth strategies</li> <li>Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in complex customer environments</li> </ul> <p data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559683&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Good Stuff – Benefits</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Our team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $153,000 - $192,000. &nbsp;Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
