We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for complex civil, geotechnical, and environmental challenges, guided by our core values of integrity, passion, teamwork, and smart work.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Independently perform complex controls tasks and advanced financial analyses including EVM, Risk Forecasting, Risk Management, Change Management, Cost Control, Scheduling Management.</li> <li>Review project trends and advise on cost control measures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead financial meetings and provide recommendations to PMs and executives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze changes in scope, schedule, or budget and assess impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in developing internal controls, templates, and reporting dashboards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Mentor junior specialists and guide data integrity practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support company-wide initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4>Basic Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance.</li> <li>10+ years of project controls experience in the construction or engineering industry.</li> <li>Proven expertise in Excel and cost tracking systems.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with CMiC, Power BI, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).</li> <li>Working knowledge of federal contracts and contract compliance requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to support large project teams and complex budgets.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h4>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</h4> <p>This office and field hybrid role requires frequent computer use and effective communication.
