We need the right leader to raise the ceiling.  Who you are:  You are an experienced, hands-on sales manager who knows how to develop top talent, co-sell on complex deals, and push a high-performing team further than they thought possible. You've exceeded quota as both an IC and a manager, and you know how to help mid-market sellers break into and close enterprise accounts.  What you get to do every day:  <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs with a genuine player-coach mentality </li> <li>Co-sell on complex deals and guide the team through large, multi-stakeholder organizations </li> <li>Build and execute strategies that push mid-market wins into enterprise territory </li> <li>Run rigorous pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management </li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Success </li> </ul> Sales Leadership & Coaching:   <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement. </li> <li>Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to help team members identify, qualify, and break into enterprise-level accounts. </li> <li>Roll up your sleeves and co-sell with your team on complex deals, providing strategic guidance and active participation in customer meetings when necessary. </li> <li>Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews to ensure team success. </li> <li>Identify individual and team training needs and collaborate with enablement teams to develop and deliver relevant programs. </li> <li>Act as a leader who consistently seeks out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. </li> </ul> What you bring to the role:  <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, spanning mid-market and enterprise </li> <li>2+ years managing sales teams with a track record of building high-performance cultures </li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, analytical, and communication skills </li> <li>Salesforce proficiency; ability to travel as needed </li> </ul> If you want to inherit a winning team and leave your mark on it, let's talk!
