This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment.<br><br></li> <li>Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies.<br><br></li> <li>Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.<br><br></li> <li>Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li> <li>Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions and procedures.<br><br></li> <li>Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on company operations.<br><br></li> <li>Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) are beneficial.<br><br></li> <li>Ability to frequently lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 30 lbs, and on occasion up to 50 lbs.<br><br></li> <li>Credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred.<br><br></li> <li>Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows applications, and email.<br><br></li> <li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.<br><br></li> <li>Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure.<br><br></li> <li>Capable of handling shipments, wrapping pallets, and operating hand trucks or pallet jacks.<br><br></li> <li>Experience with testing, cleaning, and sorting products for RMA or repurposing.<br><br></li> <li>Meets attendance and performance standards.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.</em></span></p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
