<p><strong>Management Consultant – Life &amp; Pensions</strong></p> <p>Location: London (Hybrid) | <strong>Practice Area</strong>: Insurance | Type: Permanent</p> <p><strong>Deliver end-to-end transformation across Life &amp; Pensions, from strategy and analysis through to execution.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br>Capco is seeking a Management Consultant with strong Life &amp; Pensions expertise to join our Insurance practice. This role combines both Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management capabilities, supporting clients across strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology transformation initiatives.</p> <p>You will work across the full change lifecycle — shaping problem statements, defining requirements, designing target operating models, and leading delivery.
