<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CPI Security, a leader in security and automation systems is hiring a </span><span style="font-size: 16px;">Commercial</span></span> Sales Manager</strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong> for our team in our Raleigh, North Carolina market.</strong> This individual will be responsible for profitable growth and strategic planning to grow the business solutions department. They will be responsible for cost evaluations, and ongoing budget planning for developing current and new markets in the surrounding areas and must be able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment, and have strong leadership skills. <ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage the assigned sales force and ensure awareness and training regarding products, services and selling skills in compliance with company policies and procedures</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop strategies with team on how to grow customer base</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Continuously seek to improve sales efficiencies and employee retention by providing the leadership and training necessary to achieve sales objectives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review sales performances of staff and provide regular feedback, establishing improvement plans as needed</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Recruit, interview and hire sales professionals to ensure staffing levels are met</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate current sales policies and procedures, sales promotions and branch sales numbers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Resolve consumer inquires and complaints regarding installations, product quality, sales price, contract and other relevant business</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meet with key customers, assisting Security Consultants with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exhibit foresight in recognizing potential problems and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and close deals.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 5 + years industry experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in Sales CRM (Salesforce a plus)</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">$100,000 to $150,000 annually</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Company fuel card, company equipment provided (i.e. iphone, ipad)</span></li>
