You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.</span></p> <div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Own the end-to-end design of services and features within the Nebius Console, from discovery to delivery</li> <li>Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products</li> <li>Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models</li> <li>Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle</li> <li>Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams</li> <li>Manage design work from early hypotheses and exploration through prototyping, implementation, and iteration</li> <li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product</li> </ul> <div><strong>Required qualifications</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Strong product thinking and the ability to approach design as a set of connected user scenarios</li> <li>Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems</li> <li>Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery</li> <li>High attention to detail and structured, systematic work in Figma</li> <li>Experience collaborating with other designers in a shared product and design system environment</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products</li> <li>Confident English communication skills, sufficient for day-to-day collaboration with international teams</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating complex and interactive prototypes</li> </ul> <div><strong>Nice to have</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Experience designing responsive and adaptive functional interfaces</li> <li>Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methods</li> <li>Experience with cloud consoles, dashboards, or other high-complexity web applications</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Nebius</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Nebius AI is an AI cloud platform with one of the largest GPU capacities in Europe.
