We’re excited to grow our team by hiring Client Service Representatives who deliver expert phone support—resolving complex questions about insurance adjudication, pricing, and software troubleshooting.</p>
<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20/hr - $23/hr</p>
<p><strong data-start="1205" data-end="1221">Please Note:</strong><br data-start="1221" data-end="1224">This is an in-person role based in our Grapevine, TX office</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1704" data-end="2524">
<li data-start="1318" data-end="1403">
<p data-start="1320" data-end="1403">Serve as the <strong>primary contact </strong>for incoming calls and tickets from pharmacy clients</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1404" data-end="1456">
<p data-start="1406" data-end="1456">Diagnose and resolve customer issues <strong>efficiently</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1457" data-end="1536">
<p data-start="1459" data-end="1536"><strong>Escalate</strong> complex cases to Technical or Account Management teams when needed</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1537" data-end="1610">
<p data-start="1539" data-end="1610">Accurately <strong>document</strong> all interactions and actions in tracking software</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1611" data-end="1676">
<p data-start="1613" data-end="1676">Deliver exceptional <strong>customer service</strong> in every client engagement</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1704" data-end="2524">
<li data-start="1704" data-end="1763">
<p data-start="1706" data-end="1763">Minimum<strong> 2 years </strong>of customer service experience required</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1764" data-end="1862">
<p data-start="1766" data-end="1862">Healthcare call center or independent pharmacy experience preferred</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1863" data-end="1927">
<p data-start="1865" data-end="1927"><strong>Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)</strong> certification is a plus but not required</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1928" data-end="1977">Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor essential</li>
<li data-start="2037" data-end="2157">
<p data-start="2039" data-end="2157"><strong>Excellent verbal and written communication skills,</strong> able to engage all client levels — from pharmacy owners to clerks</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2158" data-end="2207">
<p data-start="2160" data-end="2207">Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2208" data-end="2275">
<p data-start="2210" data-end="2275">Detail-oriented with strong typing and documentation abilities</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2276" data-end="2328">
<p data-start="2278" data-end="2328">Excellent listening and<strong> critical thinking</strong> skills</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2329" data-end="2395">
<p data-start="2331" data-end="2395">Experience with Liberty Software products is a plus (please specify any prior experience)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2396" data-end="2468">
<p data-start="2398" data-end="2468">Solid basic computer skills and proven ability to quickly <strong>master new software</strong> applications</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2469" data-end="2524">
<p data-start="2471" data-end="2524">Occasional after-hours and Saturday shifts required</p>
</li>
