This is a hands-on role managing all aspects of the accounting cycle — including accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and audit support. The role operates in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between the Westminster HQ and regional site locations, with approximately 50% travel to various sites to support on-the-ground accounting operations and reporting.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and execute all site-level accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivables, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for the site, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurate.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and submit monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules to corporate accounting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure all accounting entries comply with GAAP and internal policies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor and validate transactions impacting the general ledger (e.g., payroll, purchasing, inventory).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit requests.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with site operations and corporate teams on financial reporting, system improvements, and process consistency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by the Corporate Controller.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA and engineering and construction experience a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Effective communicator able to partner across departments and functions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable with hybrid work, splitting time between Westminster HQ and site locations, with approximately 50% travel.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US pay range for this role. </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$110,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$135,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Soil Nail Holdings and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
