This role is considered an entry-level position.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage the Parts Store front counter, greeting customers upon entry</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain store appearance and restock merchandise in showroom&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Answers basic customer calls and identifies parts with model number and serial&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Order fulfillment of HVAC parts and supplies over the phone and over the counter</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist customers with part selections, placing orders, payments, order inquiries, and quotes</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Receives, prepare and stage customer orders</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Loads and unloads shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responds to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services; escalation as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsible for warranty administration on all parts</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Logs all customer request into provided system</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Delivers parts orders to customer locations or job sites (as needed)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Shipping, receiving, and product transfers</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Complete training on basic HVAC terminology to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop effective customer service skills and learning products&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Use of forklift as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be able to work overtime/weekends, as required</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Other duties may be assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>SKILLS &amp;
