Credentials required.</li> <li>Clinical Experience: 4+ years of vet tech experience.</li> <li>Team-First Mindset: Collaborative, communicative, and willing to jump in where needed. No ego - just great care.</li> <li>Organized &amp; Proactive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a knack for improving processes.</li> <li>Compassionate &amp; Growth-Oriented: Gentle with pets, respectful with clients, and motivated to keep learning and improving veterinary care.</li> <li>Experience in urgent or emergency care</li> <li>Experience in dentistry and anesthesia required</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clinical Partnership: Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics.</li> <li>Client Education &amp; Support: Guide and reassure pet parents by clearly explaining care plans and at-home instructions.</li> <li>Technical &amp; Lab Skills: Perform blood draws, lab tests, IV catheter placement, radiographs (including dental), medication/vaccine administration, and assist with wound care.</li> <li>Clinic Operations: Maintain accurate digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and keep equipment clean and sterilized.</li> <li>Culture &amp; Mentorship: Live our core values through open communication, teamwork, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset - while mentoring assistants and supporting the team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $31–$33/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays.</li> <li>401(k) Retirement: Company match to support your future.</li> <li>Healthcare: Health, Dental, and Vision with a generous employer contribution; HSA available.</li> <li>PTO &amp; Parental Leave: 80 hours of PTO (increasing with tenure) and up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave.</li> <li>Licensure &amp; CE: Full reimbursement for Colorado technician licensure and up to 10 hours of CE annually.</li> <li>Free Scrubs &amp; Snacks: Sploot-branded FIGS scrubs, unlimited snacks, and regular team events.</li> <li>Pet Care Perks: Generous benefits for your own fur babies.</li> <li>Note: Benefits may vary based on experience or qualifications.</li> </ul> <p>At Sploot, we’re building the future of vet med one clinic, one case, and one team member at a time.
