<p><strong>Key Account Executive – Price Clubs (Mexico)</strong><br><strong>Level:</strong> Lead | Individual Contributor<br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Key Account Manager / Sales Director<br><strong>Location:</strong> Mexico (Hybrid / Field-based by account)</p>
<p>The Jr. <strong>Key Account Manager</strong> is a Lead-level individual contributor responsible for the <strong>day-to-day operational execution</strong> of SharkNinja’s <strong>Price Clubs business in Mexico</strong>, with <strong>primary ownership of Sam’s Club</strong>. This role focuses on ensuring <strong>accurate forecasts, clean execution, inventory control, and operational readiness</strong> for high-volume club programs, while supporting additional club customers such as <strong>Costco and City Club</strong> as needed.</p>
<p>This role sits within the <strong>Commercial / Sales organization</strong> and is critical to ensure that what is sold, forecasted, and committed is <strong>executed correctly and profitably</strong>. Success in this role comes from strong <strong>numerical discipline, operational follow-up, and attention to detail</strong>, not just planning.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Account Execution & Daily Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the <strong>day-to-day execution</strong> of the Sam’s Club account, ensuring plans are translated into accurate orders, forecasts, and deliveries</li>
<li>Act as the operational point of contact for Sam’s Club-related topics including <strong>orders, forecasts, inventory, promotions, and events</strong></li>
<li>Track weekly performance vs. plan and escalate risks early with clear, data-backed recommendations</li>
<li>Support execution for <strong>Costco and City Club</strong> when required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Forecasting, Demand & Inventory Control</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own <strong>weekly and monthly forecasting</strong> for Sam’s Club, including volume assumptions, phasing, and scenario planning</li>
<li>Monitor <strong>sell-through, weeks of supply, and inventory positions</strong>, proactively identifying overstock or supply risks</li>
<li>Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align forecasts, shipments, and event timing</li>
<li>Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure changes are clearly communicated and documented</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Promotions, Events & Item Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of <strong>in-and-out items, promotions, and events</strong>, ensuring operational readiness</li>
<li>Validate volumes, pricing, timelines, and exit plans before committing to customer programs</li>
<li>Track event performance in real time and perform <strong>post-event analysis</strong> to identify gaps and improvements</li>
<li>Ensure all promotional activity meets margin, ROI, and inventory objectives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Financial & Numerical Ownership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Track <strong>sales, margins, gross-to-net, and cost-to-serve</strong> at account level</li>
<li>Validate pricing, pack configuration, and volumes before customer submission</li>
<li>Maintain accurate reporting and ensure numbers are aligned across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain</li>
<li>Identify operational or financial variances and propose corrective actions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate daily with <strong>Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Operations</strong></li>
<li>Ensure internal teams are aligned on <strong>what is shipping, when it is shipping, and at what cost</strong></li>
<li>Prepare clear, factual updates for internal and customer meetings</li>
<li>Follow up relentlessly to close gaps and resolve execution issues</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills Required</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> in Key Account, Sales Operations, or Commercial Execution roles within:
<ul>
<li><strong>Electronics</strong></li>
<li><strong>White goods</strong></li>
<li><strong>Major appliances</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Hands-on operational experience managing Sam’s Club Mexico</strong> (required)</li>
<li>Strong experience working with <strong>forecasts, inventory, promotions, and high-volume programs</strong></li>
<li><strong>Strong analytical and numerical capability</strong>, including:
<ul>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, scenario analysis)</li>
<li>Comfort managing large datasets and operational reports</li>
<li>Strong understanding of margins, gross-to-net, and inventory productivity</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>English level B2 or higher. Fluency reading, writing and speaking is required. </li>
<li>Sam´s systems knowledge.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting <strong>Costco and/or City Club</strong></li>
<li>Exposure to in-and-out programs, event-based selling, and limited-assortment models</li>
</ul>

<li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
