Design Detailers translate 3D model content into accurate, detailed drawings for fabrication and field installation, ensuring the information is complete, compliant, and ready for execution.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop 2D shop drawings and detailing packages from 3D model content for fabrication and installation&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure drawings include all required information (dimensions, materials, assemblies, installation details, etc.)&nbsp;</li> <li>Follow company detailing standards and procedures&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with designers, modelers, and VC teams to resolve any missing data or model discrepancies&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify detailing or constructability issues and escalate as needed for correction</li> <li>Maintain document quality, accuracy, and organization&nbsp;</li> <li>Understand project specifications and installation requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with shop and field teams to ensure drawings meet practical installation needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience or technical education in BIM, CAD, drafting, engineering, or construction&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong spatial understanding and ability to interpret 2D documents into accurate 3D geometry&nbsp;</li> <li>Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail&nbsp;</li> <li>Organized, systematic, and able to perform detailed technical tasks&nbsp;</li> <li>Willingness to follow direction, learn new processes, and grow within the team&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or construction systems is highly preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Safety Level</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <div style="border-width: 100%;"> <div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-left: 0in; width: 7.5in;"> <div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-left: 0in; width: 7.5in;"> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">T<span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">his is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.</span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The inherent responsibilities of your role </span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 11pt;">may</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> include physical working conditions.
