Design Modelers create and develop accurate 3D models that support estimating, coordination, and construction workflows throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Create discipline-specific 3D models based on design intent, standards, and project requirement</li> <li>Utilize collaboration system (Navisworks) to coordinate model content with other trades involved in the project</li> <li>Maintain accurate and organized model geometry throughout the project and apply QA/QC standards</li> <li>Interpret drawings, specifications, and field inputs to ensure 3D model accuracy</li> <li>Work under supervision to learn and follow Design and project specific modeling standards and processes</li> <li>Support coordination efforts by updating and refining model content as direction is provided</li> <li>Identify modeling issues or conflicts and communicate them to the Design team for review and resolution</li> <li>Document and track modeling progress to support project reporting</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience or technical education in BIM, CAD, drafting, engineering, or construction</li> <li>Strong spatial understanding and ability to interpret 2D documents into accurate 3D geometry</li> <li>Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li> <li>Organized, systematic, and able to perform detailed technical tasks</li> <li>Willingness to follow direction, learn new processes, and grow within the team</li> <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or construction systems is highly preferred</li> <li>Experience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Safety Level</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <div style="border-width: 100%;"> <div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-left: 0in; width: 7.5in;"> <div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-left: 0in; width: 7.5in;"> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">T<span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">his is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.</span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The inherent responsibilities of your role </span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 11pt;">may</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> include physical working conditions.
