This position also emphasizes providing exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction and safety.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct through fire protection system inspections and preventative maintenance services on diverse life safety systems.</li> <li>Ensure all systems and devices (alarm panels, sirens, horns, strobes, etc.) function properly and comply with manufacturer’s specifications.</li> <li>Deliver effective and organized technical support and communication to clients.</li> <li>Complete and submit any required paperwork to the appropriate agency or internal department in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain a positive work environment and atmosphere of respect and building trust when interacting with all internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</li> <li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.</li> <li>Must have or be willing and able to obtain specified licenses/certifications including NICET levels, for the fire alarm industry per state regulations.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, specifically word, excel and comfortable with web-based applications.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of fire and electrical codes for proper inspection and installation of systems.</li> <li>Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry skills/knowledge.</li> <li>Able to travel as needed.</li> <li>Able to multitask, prioritize and solve problems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>Competitive, Negotiable Pay</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Our Culture of Freedom and Responsibility:</strong></p> <p>ECC values autonomy, empowering employees to make strategic decisions and drive projects.
