Quality technician / Mechanics at AST SpaceMobile

Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are<strong> </strong>seeking a quality technician for second shift.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify assembly issues.</li> <li>Quality checks following work instructions.</li> <li>Final inspection according work instructions.</li> <li>NCR reporting.</li> <li>Interaction with operators and supervisors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p>Quality experience in manufacturing environments.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p>A minimum of 3 years in quality department.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>No Conformity report.</li> <li>Analytical mindset.</li> <li>Problem solving.</li> <li>Measurement &amp; inspection techniques.</li> <li>Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).</li> <li>Use of quality software (ERP, QMS, SPC tools).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Teamwork and cross-functional communication.</li> <li>Time management and prioritization.</li> <li>Attention to Detail.</li> <li>Proactivity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technology Stack:</strong></p> <p>Microsoft (excel, word, etc).</p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <p>Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>This job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
