<p>We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations supporting the production of advanced telecommunications satellite systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product integrity across all phases of manufacturing by driving compliance, overseeing inspections, and leading a high-performing quality team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace environment.</p>
<p>This position is assigned to <strong>Shift 2-Nights: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. (4x10s). </strong>Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Shift 1- Days: </strong>Monday–Thursday, <strong>7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (4x10s).</strong></li>
<li><strong>Shift 3- Weekends: </strong>Friday–Sunday, <strong>6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (3x12s).</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise quality operations, including inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards</li>
<li>Oversee daily activities of quality personnel, ensuring products meet performance, schedule, and cost objectives</li>
<li>Maintain compliance within assigned areas, ensuring adherence to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems</li>
<li>Conduct employee training and process audits to support continuous improvement and departmental goals</li>
<li>Drive team engagement, accountability, and performance through strong leadership and clear communication</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes</li>
<li>Identify and address operational and personnel challenges in a timely and effective manner</li>
<li>Support achievement of key operational metrics, including quality, delivery, and efficiency targets</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teams of 10 or more employees</li>
<li>Experience in quality operations within manufacturing or aerospace environments preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Direct experience supervising quality teams and inspection processes</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li>

<p><strong>Technology Stack</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and ERP/MRP systems preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English</li>
</ul>
