Product Manager at Obligo

<p>Obligo is a fast-growing FinTech / Real Estate Tech startup on a mission to build trust between renters and landlords worldwide. <br>We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our energetic TLV team and help shape the future of deposit-free renting.</p> <h3>About the role</h3> <p>We’re looking for a Platform Product Manager to lead the systems, integrations, and internal capabilities that support our products across multiple channels.</p> <p>This role is focused on building and evolving the foundation behind the product - the APIs, workflows, data models, configurations, and partner integrations that make the overall system scalable, consistent, and easier to extend over time. You’ll work closely with engineering and cross-functional product teams to ensure we are building strong platform capabilities that support both current needs and future growth.</p> <h3>What you’ll own</h3> <ul> <li>Core platform capabilities that support multiple product experiences</li> <li>Third-party and PMS integrations</li> <li>API design and system contracts across internal services and external partners</li> <li>Internal tools and configuration layers that support operations and product scalability</li> <li>Shared workflows and data models across product areas</li> <li>Platform quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability</li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Define and evolve platform capabilities in close partnership with engineering</li> <li>Shape APIs, workflows, and data models that are scalable, reusable, and reliable</li> <li>Drive consistency across integrations and system behaviors</li> <li>Partner with product managers to ensure feature development is supported by strong underlying platform foundations</li> <li>Translate product and business needs into structured platform solutions</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and manual processes, and turn them into scalable systems</li> <li>Balance near-term delivery needs with long-term platform health</li> <li>Improve the way internal teams interact with and operate the platform</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of product management experience</li> <li>Experience working on platform, infrastructure, or integration-heavy products</li> <li>Strong technical fluency and comfort working on backend, system, and data flow problems</li> <li>Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical design and implementation tradeoffs</li> <li>Ability to simplify complexity and turn broad problems into clear, scalable solutions</li> <li>Experience working with external systems, third-party integrations, or multi-system environments</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in payments, fintech, or operationally complex systems</li> <li>Experience building internal tools, configuration systems, or workflow products</li> </ul> <h3>What success looks like</h3> <ul> <li>New integrations are easier and faster to implement</li> <li>Platform capabilities are reused across products instead of rebuilt each time</li> <li>Internal teams have better tools and fewer manual workarounds</li> <li>The system becomes easier to maintain, extend, and scale as the business grows</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About Obligo</strong></h3> <p>Obligo is the simplest way to build trust between renters and landlords.
