Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span><strong>:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.</li> <li>Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.</li> <li>Provide &nbsp;support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments.</li> <li>Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.</li> <li>Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes.</li> <li>Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with company goals.</li> <li>Lead and support complex employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advise managers on &nbsp;performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span><strong>:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in HR&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li> <li>Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
