The candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams to drive product/specification related investigations to resolution for the products in production. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for impactful results in a fast-paced environment.</div> <div> </div> <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> </div> <div> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">•    Supports component/system/vehicle level troubleshooting using standard communication/diagnostic tools (Canalyzer/Canape, etc.)/RCA test benches<br>•    Supports RCA of complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques<br>•    Supports lineside trials to verify process/equipment compatibility & RCA activities<br>•    Responsible for board level preliminary PCBA board analysis <br>•    Supports audits against design intent assembly requirements of Drive Unit beyond control plan<br>•    Execute prototype builds, trials, troubleshooting, & RCA of product/multi-variable issues in close collaboration with Engineers on the team<br>•    Support vehicle upfits & tests on as needed basis in close collaboration with Engineers on the team</p> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">•    Good functional understanding of all the systems in EV Powertrain<br>•    Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with team members at all levels.<br>•    Experience in building, testing, and troubleshooting HV battery pack, Drive Units, & Power Electronics Components<br>•    Working understanding basic electrical principles.<br>•    Strong understanding on proper handling of Battery Cells, Modules, Packs, Power Electronics, & Drive unit.<br>•    Familiar with electrical hazard risks including high voltage systems.<br>•    Can interpret schematics to help understand the function & interfaces of Power Electronics components<br>•    Proficient in use of tools to perform teardown of electrical systems.<br>•    Good with vehicle level troubleshooting for powertrain related faults using standard OBD diagnostic tools.<br>•    Good with basic machining operations and can read drawings<br>•    Exceptional written and oral communication skills (English).<br>•    Can lift 20-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with via team-lift.</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">•    High School Diploma with significant relevant professional experience.<br>•    Preferred: Technical or Vocational Degree or Certificate.<br>•    Minimum of 5 years of electrical, mechatronic, or automotive technician experience.<br>•    Experience using vehicle & system level communication or diagnostic tools for troubleshooting multi-variable complex issues<br>•    Experience troubleshooting power electronics components/assemblies at the PCBA board level<br>•    Awareness of HV Battery Packs, HV Harnesses, Onboard charging unit, Drive Unit, Inverter Power Electronics & associated troubleshooting at the system & product level<br>•    Prior Experience working with High Voltage environment</p> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p data-ccp-border-top="0px none " data-ccp-padding-top="0px" data-ccp-border-bottom="1px solid #000000" data-ccp-padding-bottom="1.3333333333333333px"><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="TextRun Underlined MacChromeBold SCXW258898025 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><strong><span class="NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW258898025 BCX0">Compensation</span></strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW258898025 BCX0"><strong> & Benefits:<span data-teams="true"> </span></strong><span data-teams="true">Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive </span><span data-teams="true"><a id="menur13jl" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/" target="_blank">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
