The Lead will partner closely with local leadership to contribute to strategic decisions and align engineering efforts with business goals.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for solutions developed by the Ukraine-based team</span></li> <li><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Collaborate with global engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and shape the product roadmap</span></li> <li><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Drive R&amp;D initiatives, including rapid prototyping and validation of new capabilities</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>You should have the following</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++</li> <li>Engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)</li> <li>Experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware—software integration)</li> <li>Strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&amp;D-driven tasks</li> <li>Strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset</li> <li>English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Piloting skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
