Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).</span></p> </blockquote> <hr></div><h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne is seeking a Support Engineer to join our team working in a fast-paced environment developing high-performance commercial radar solutions. </span></h2> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); " data-darkreader-inline-color="">The Support Engineer will be a key member of the Echodyne customer-facing team responsible for meeting and exceeding company goals.&nbsp;</span></p> <h3 style="line-height: normal;"><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></h3> <p>The Support Engineer will develop a deep systems-level understanding of the Echodyne radar products and will be responsible for responding to technical questions from both customers and Echodyne field solutions engineers. This role will work closely with the broader Echodyne sales, product, and engineering organizations on a day-to-day basis. Specific tasks and engagement guidelines include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop deep expertise pertaining to Echodyne radar products. Participate in internal training sessions, product roadmap meetings, etc.</li> <li>Respond to customer technical questions in a timely fashion</li> <li>Perform deep-dive data troubleshooting and statistical analysis of captured customer data when necessary</li> <li>Manage the RMA process for defective/damaged hardware returned from both customers and Echodyne Solutions Engineers</li> <li>Maintain and update support cases within our CRM tracking system (Salesforce.com)</li> <li>On occasion, travel to customer locations for advanced technical support during mission-critical implementations and demonstrations.</li> <li>Communicate and manage software/hardware defect resolution internally with Engineering organization</li> <li>Stage and prepare radar and associated equipment for field demonstration purposes</li> <li>Training of new products for Echodyne field engineers</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:</span></strong></h3> <p><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""></span></strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Engineering or Computer Science degree</li> <li>&nbsp;2 + years of experience in equivalent role (internships and military experience are welcome)<strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""></span></strong></li> <li>An entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-first orientation.
