In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100<sup>th</sup> anniversary in business.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>DH Pace Company, Inc aspires to hire an Entry-Level or Experienced&nbsp;<span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><strong>Project Manager</strong></span>&nbsp;who will specialize in<strong>&nbsp;doors, frames, and hardware</strong>&nbsp;for the&nbsp;<strong>commercial</strong>&nbsp;<strong>construction industry</strong>&nbsp;in our Nashville office to ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project</li> <li>Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shooting</li> <li>Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We are considering both Entry-Level and Experienced construction Project Managers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree is desired; however, we will evaluate&nbsp;all&nbsp;of your experience and qualifications.</li> <li>Must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office</li> <li>Not sure if this is a fit?
