In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including System Operations and Implementation, to uphold and enhance the services we provide to our clients. As a key player with expertise in both the finance domain (70%) and technical aspects (30%), you’ll ensure that our solutions not only meet but exceed service level agreements through proactive monitoring, incident management, and data-driven workflows. What You'll Do: <ul> <li>Define, design and implementation of standard operating procedures to run business operations on behalf of Numerix SaaS clients.</li> <li>Perform daily monitoring activities and verification of reports for market and counterparty credit risk analytics ( i.e. MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, VaR etc) for front and middle office users.</li> <li>Monitor alerts on the success/failure of daily runs, batch processes and market data feeds, and assist in periodic intra-day checks of the health of OneView applications, ancillary systems, processes, and data feeds to ensure operational integrity and fulfilment of SLAs.</li> <li>Assist in responding to daily requests for operational support activities </li> <li>Respond to requests for technical support, application issues, and feed issues; support triage and resolution, and escalate to relevant teams when needed.</li> <li>Support incident management activities in accordance with Numerix Incident Management policy, including monitoring alerts and assisting in incident resolution.</li> <li>Assist in the release of OneView application updates in pre-production, including coordination of dress rehearsals and parallel runs..</li> <li>Support the management and maintenance of market data documentation.</li> </ul>   What We're Looking For: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">0–2 years’ experience in Financial Services (internships or academic projects in treasury/front/middle office are a plus).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Foundational understanding of Market and Credit Risk (VaR, XVA, Greeks, etc.).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Basic grasp of market and counterparty credit risk concepts.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with AWS (e.g., Step Functions) is a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong willingness to learn and ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good troubleshooting and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Adaptability and eagerness to grow in a changing environment.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and ownership.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Basic Linux knowledge , scripting knowledge (Python preferred) and exposure to cloud environments is a plus.</li> </ul>   Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote role, open to all who reside within, and have the Right to Work, in India.  IMPORTANT: The successful candidate must be able and willing to work during APAC Time Zones (7am IST - 4pm IST and/or EMEA Time Zones (2.30pm IST to 11.30pm IST).  Flexibility is required to work in the "United States" shift on a rotational basis which is approximately once in 5-6 weeks in the Eastern Time Zone (6.30pm IST to 3.30am IST).   An important note on language: We will only consider CVs written in English.
