<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Wizards of the Coast is looking for a Gameplay Capture Artist to support the marketing campaign for an unannounced AAA title in development at Invoke</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">Studios, our Montreal-based game studio. This role sits at the intersection of game expertise, creative production, and marketing strategy. You will serve as the primary gameplay capture specialist embedded within the marketing team, acting as both a technical expert and a strategic contributor to how the game is</div>

<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves games deeply, understands what makes gameplay footage compelling to audiences, and can translate that knowledge into high-quality capture assets that fuel a AAA marketing campaign.<br><br></div>

<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Execute high-quality gameplay capture across all phases of the marketing campaign, including screenshots, b-roll, and support for targeted assets for</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">paid and earned media.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Produce final, publication-ready assets autonomously in collaboration with studio stakeholders and MKTG creative teams, with minimal oversight.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Capture gameplay footage tailored to distinct audience segments, working from marketing briefs to ensure each asset speaks to the right player</div>

<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Partner with creative agencies to produce tentpole trailer assets by guiding capture approach, build selection, and content identification.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Bring a marketing lens to capture strategy: alongside studio stakeholders identify in-game moments, features, and systems that will resonate with</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">target audiences and flag them as content opportunities.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Act as the primary point of contact between creative agencies, Marketing Production and the development team on all capture-related needs.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Serve as the direct link between the Social Media team and the development team, providing timely capture and light editing support for</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">social content needs throughout the campaign.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">- Regularly participate in studio playtests and play in-development builds; provide structured updates to the marketing team on build progress,</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">standout moments, and overall experience.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Partner closely with QA and production teams to stay current on new features and content; proactively surface opportunities relevant to</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">marketing.</div>
<div data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)">-Supply capture and footage for internal marketing needs, including strategy presentations, first-party pitches, licensing partner decks, and</div>

<p><em><span data-contrast="none">Compensation and benefits may vary based on location and role.</span></em> Hasbro leadership reviews<br><br><strong>What you'll bring</strong><br>- A photography & cinematography eye to the work.<br>- Demonstrated experience capturing gameplay footage for marketing purposes on AAA or mid-to-large-scale game productions.<br>- Deep knowledge of game capture tools, hardware, and best practices, including the ability to navigate in-development builds and work with<br>unstable software environments.<br>- Strong understanding of what makes gameplay footage compelling to different player audiences (core gamers, genre fans, casual audiences).<br>- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to bridge technical and creative conversations between development teams and marketing stakeholders.<br>- Comfortable with video editing and the ability to produce short-form edits when needed.<br>- Passion for games and genuine curiosity about the game in development; you will be expected to play and understand the game thoroughly.<br>- Experience working within game development studios.<br><br><strong><span class="TextRun SCXW68678883 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW68678883 BCX0">Bonus Modifier</span></span></strong><br>- Prior experience supporting marketing campaigns for systemic open-world games. <br>- Familiarity with D&D lore or Wizards of the Coast IP.<br>- Experience working with or alongside external creative agencies on trailer production</p>
