This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The&nbsp;<strong>Manager Global Brand Development &amp; Marketing </strong>helps develop marketing strategies, brand building efforts, and best-in-class consumer executions for our priority toy and game brands and products. The <strong>Manager Global Brand Development &amp; Marketing</strong> will partner with internal cross-functional teams and business teams, including commercial, retail, data and analytics, product, PR, media, social, creative, design and development, as well as external agencies, partners and retailers - all&nbsp;in an effort to&nbsp;present something our brands and products to our consumers in unforgettable ways. We are looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a healthy willingness to be bold and take risks in ways that help our brands&nbsp;stand out.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>A day in the life of a&nbsp;Manager Global Brand Development &amp; Marketing: </strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for&nbsp;translation&nbsp;of&nbsp;brand strategy&nbsp;into integrated go-to-market plans for assigned brands and priority products,&nbsp;inclusive of&nbsp;objectives, positioning, target audiences, and channel mix.&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute campaigns across&nbsp;retail, media, digital and social, creator, PR, events and more in close partnership with Senior Managers, cross-functional teams, and agencies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead day-to-day program&nbsp;execution with internal and external partners, keeping work aligned, on&nbsp;brief, and moving forward.&nbsp;</li> <li>Write clear, effective briefs and support creative development and asset production from concept through delivery and localization,&nbsp;leveraging&nbsp;AI where appropriate &nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver region-ready assets,&nbsp;toolkits, and calendars that enable adoption and adaptation at speed while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;brand cohesion.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track&nbsp;and measure against&nbsp;KPIs,&nbsp;synthesize learnings, and support optimization recommendations to improve impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables&nbsp;for assigned initiatives, ensuring executional excellence and on-time delivery.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with regional marketing teams and key accounts&nbsp;to ensure local insights, retail moments, and channel realities are reflected in plans and executions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with Brand Creative&nbsp;to ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms, activations, and content.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay curious&nbsp;and proactively&nbsp;identify&nbsp;new formats, platforms, and cultural moments that help our brands connect authentically with consumers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare clear updates, recaps, and presentations&nbsp;that communicate plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in marketing&nbsp;or related field. MBA&nbsp;a plus</li> <li>5+ years<em>&nbsp;</em>in&nbsp;integrated consumer marketing/brand management with proven&nbsp;campaign/brand activation experience.&nbsp;Toy, Game or Licensing experience a plus –&nbsp;though&nbsp;is not a&nbsp;requirement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Data-driven mindset: We pair art with science – and are driven by data and consumer insights. This role needs to review insights, pull out key learnings, and action against them.&nbsp;</li> <li>Team player:&nbsp;We are stronger together and thrive when we share and build on&nbsp;good ideas. &nbsp;</li> <li>Storyteller:&nbsp;Ability to&nbsp;organize and&nbsp;share&nbsp;sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audience. &nbsp;</li> <li>Channel knowledge:&nbsp;Have knowledge of key marketing channels, including digital marketing and media,&nbsp;ecomm, social, YouTube, PR, and retail. &nbsp;</li> <li>Organization&nbsp;and detail orientation:&nbsp;The details matter when it comes to executing with excellence, especially as every team member will be expected to manage multiple projects at a time. &nbsp;</li> <li>Relationship builder<em>: </em>Strong leadership and networking abilities.&nbsp;This role works with many cross-functional teams and strong daily communication with our partners is a key to success. &nbsp;</li> <li>Business management<em>:</em>&nbsp;Proficiency&nbsp;in project management, Microsoft Office,&nbsp;and budget management. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;" data-teams="true">The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
