If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Product & Operations Support  <ul> <li>Support and assist with development of Scout’s vehicle protection and insurance product suite, ensuring alignment with the Scout customer promise. </li> <li>Support and document regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across US and Canadian markets. </li> <li>Maintain all product documentation for all training guides and system resources to ensure operational readiness. </li> </ul> Partner Management Support  <ul> <li>Coordinate partner communications, contract documentation, and business review materials. </li> <li>Ensure partner KPIs are documented and assist in the development of performance reporting and analysis. </li> </ul> Digital Integration & Operations  <ul> <li>Assist Vehicle Protection Product and Insurance Director with Scout Motors Digital Products, IT, Sales Operations, and Retail Operations teams to support the integration of vehicle protection and vehicle insurance products into the Scout digital retail platform. </li> <li>Assist with defining and documenting user needs and system requirements  </li> </ul> Marketing & Customer Engagement  <ul> <li>Assist with and document communications with the Brand, Communications, and Marketing teams to ensure product messaging aligns with the Scout brand and identity. </li> <li>Assist with campaign execution for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle communications. </li> </ul> Performance & Competitive Analysis  <ul> <li>Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics including product penetration, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction. </li> <li>Translate data and market feedback into actionable insights that inform the Scout product offering. </li> </ul> Location & Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. </li> <li>This role requires 4 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> <li>Travel: Occasional travel to support Field/Retail teams and to interface with product partners</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring </h4> We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. Here's what else you'll bring: Education & Experience  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred but not required </li> <li>2+ years of experience in automotive finance and insurance products, sales, vehicle insurance, or related financial services. </li> <li>AI Tool Proficiency- experienced in leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to streamline workflows, accelerate research, and enhance productivity. </li> <li>Experience supporting sales, marketing, or partner management operations in the automotive industry. </li> <li>Familiarity with digital retail platforms and F&I products is a plus. </li> </ul> Skills & Attributes  <ul> <li>Knowledge of automotive finance & insurance, and vehicle insurance landscape. </li> <li>Adaptability to keep up with the evolving AI landscape and proactively explore new tools and techniques relevant to the role. </li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. </li> <li>Analytical mindset with comfort working with data tools and contributing to performance reporting. </li> <li>Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment. </li> <li>Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. </li> <li>Self-starter who can take initiative and operate with minimal supervision. </li> </ul> <h4>What you'll gain</h4> The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
