<p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead business operations across the Connected Services organization by enabling strong business planning, cost transparency, and analytical rigor across the Charging and Connected Services organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Program Management, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align long-range plans, readiness milestones, and execution priorities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain operational and financial models to support future Connected Services offerings, including cost structures, resource requirements, and scenario planning. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track and analyze operational spend, vendor costs, and OPEX in partnership with Finance and the Financial Operations Specialist; identify trends, risks, and impacts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Architect the development of future</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">state P&L structures, unit</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">cost models, and financial assumptions ahead of subscription or services launches. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Translate complex financial, operational, and analytical data into clear insights and executive</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">ready recommendations to support leadership decision</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">making. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate closely with Data Science resources to support predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and analytical deep dives for the Charging and Connected Services organization. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles by preparing executive materials, forecasting, and insights. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in metrics, assumptions, and reporting across Charging, Connected Services, & Fleet initiatives. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to continuous improvement of business operations processes, templates, and analytical standards as the organization scales.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>Location & Travel Expectations</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span data-teams="true">This role may be based out of the <strong>Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC</strong>. </span></li>
<li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li>
<li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated experience supporting business planning, forecasting, budgeting, or operational analytics.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into concise, actionable insights for leadership audiences.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Program Management teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI; comfort working with large data sets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with future</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">state P&L modeling, unit economics, or cost</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">to</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">serve analysis (hands</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">on ownership not required).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335559739":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li>

<h4>Pay Transparency</h4>
<p>This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.</p>
<p>Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00</p>
